Micros will be training at LRFC Craigshill on Sunday 28th August from 1030 AM.

Please aim to arrive from 1020 in order that we can get everyone organised.

Three of the coaches completed a Rugby Ready course at LRFC on Monday evening and we have some exciting new drills to work on.
