Sorry for the delay!! I have been away on Business this week.

We are back in training at LRFC@ Craigshill this Sunday 2nd October at 1030.

Please arrive by 1020 so we can get the most of the hour for the children. We have really good numbers this year so getting everyone organised is becoming tricky.

Please ensure your child has a drink and a snack. Also give some thought to winter clothing now as we are heading into October.
